Subject to the Supplier Relationship Agreement signed between IBM and BetterUp, dated April 22, 2020, you are invited to participate in the following services. BetterUp offers leadership, development, and performance coaching through a variety of behavioral techniques and methods on the BetterUp Platform. This consists of one-on-one video conferencing with BetterUp coaches on the BetterUp Platform and also includes access to on-demand coaching, specialized coaching on specific topics, platform access and assessment and performance tools. BetterUp provides IBM with the right to access the BetterUp Platform and to enable its Users (employees) with BetterUp Services during the term as selected. You may choose the following options:

1. The subscription provides IBM with the rights to provide access to User(s) selected above to receive up to six (6) months, as selected above, of unlimited one-on-one coaching sessions (typically one per week). This six (6) month subscription is US $2,683.00 per User for 1:1 coaching and US $2,932.00 per User for 1:1 sales coaching.

2. If necessary, for any orders submitted through this site, IBM has a limited right to cancellation with full refund, if requested within fifteen (15) days of submitting this order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email invitation to start BetterUp coaching, at which point your subscription will begin, regardless of whether accounts are activated or Coaching time is used.
