BetterUp offers leadership, development, and performance coaching through a variety of behavioral techniques and methods on the BetterUp Platform. This consists of one-on-one videoconferencing with BetterUp coaches on the BetterUp Platform and may also include other services such as access to on-demand coaching, specialized coaching on specific topics, assessment and performance tools. BetterUp provides T-Mobile with the right to access the BetterUp Platform and to enable its Users (employees) with BetterUp Services during the term as selected above. The subscription provides T-Mobile with the rights to provide access to Users selected above to receive up to 4 (four) months, as selected above, of unlimited thirty (30) minute one-on-one coaching sessions (typically one per week). These Users have access to the BetterUp Platform for a total of up to 4 (four) contiguous months (as selected above, inclusive of their 1:1 coaching access). Purchases of BetterUp Services are committed as of the submission date, regardless of whether accounts are activated by Users or Coaching time is used. Coaching sessions/time cannot be banked or rolled over to renewals or otherwise. Company and Users shall not be entitled to receive any refund once this form is submitted. FEES ARE NOT PRORATED.
